To assist school leaders in the complex process of school improvement, Dr. Henkel works with each school to develop a proprietary action plan consisting of five key steps leading to improved student outcomes. Pathways’ Theory of Action targets each critical step in the improvement process to improve and ensure collaboration, analysis, implementation, support, and long-term management.
